Have picked a few points from the agenda from the recent Greenock & District AGM that I feel may be of interest.

Wellington Park have applied to wear coloured shirts in league matches and this has been approved by the directors. (Red for Home and Blue for away)

IBM have asked for permission to enter a combined team in the league with Hillend and this has been agreed to by the directors, who also suggested that they may also wish to follow this format in the Reid and Fletcher cups, an offer that's also being made to Lady Alice/Inverkip.

Top Ten matches will now be played on Wednesday nights to a completion, meaning that single green clubs will benefit from these matches also.

The G & D Championships will be held on the 16th and 23rd of August with Saturday 30th being held in reserve in case of bad weather.

The reporting of League and Cup game results to the local newspaper is to be reviewed with a view to better coverage in general.
